How to Build a Better Body E-books
If E-books are your preferred method of reading (they are for us), browse through these and pick the one that appeals to you most. Good luck.
The Hard Gainer Report: At only $19.95, this is a good start for those on the skinny side. If you're a "hard gainer," that is, someone who has a hard time putting on size and muscle, you'll get some good info and advice from this E-book. Christian Finn's Facts About Fitness: One of the more legit E-books out there. It's short on outrageous claims and big on facts, which makes it a rarity.
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle: We haven't read this, but it has gotten great reviews and is a top-seller. If something in this genre sells well, it's usually for a reason. If you're looking to lose weight and harden up with some lean muscle mass, try this E-book first. The sales pitch is a little over the top and probably embellishes a little, but there's a lot of good info to be found within. It goes against the grain of a lot of conventional bodybuilding wisdom, which is often a good thing. The author makes a lot of good points, so it could be worth your while.
Lightning Speed Fitness Program: If you're short on time and even shorter on floor space and gym equipment, you owe it to yourself to at least check this one out.
